Stephen Oklesson

Stephen combines a “numbers don’t lie” analytical approach with a love for data visualization and a marketer’s intuition developed from twelve years of digital advertising experience. Over this time, Stephen has managed accounts for clients spanning many industries, including Crate & Barrel, Bed Bath & Beyond, JetBlue, VRBO, and the Smithsonian Institute, allowing him to address a wide range of digital marketing situations and challenges.

Stephen holds a degree in marketing from the University of Virginia. He lives in Richmond, Virginia with his wife and his two children, and has already fulfilled his dream of playing the keytar at a music festival. When he’s not out tasting delicious food and drinks, he enjoys writing music.

 

DIRECTOR OF DIGITAL ADVERTISING

Molly Godfrey

Molly is the Director of Digital Advertising at Tiny House Marketing with over ten years of agency-side experience driving impactful growth for dozens of large and small companies.

Molly started her advertising career building and growing paid search programs at a large agency in Chicago, where she quickly gained a knack for the nuances of each digital channel. She then found additional success managing the entire paid search program of a multi-million dollar Fortune 100 tech client, along with directing a team of digital analysts. From there Molly took on the Director role at Tiny House Marketing, where she continues to widen the breadth of her knowledge and impress clients each day.

Molly is passionate about the clients she works with and their industries, whether they are in food and beverage, technology, health care, or retail. She is also consistently exceeding client goals and expectations with her cumulative knowledge of the ever-changing digital space, making her the forward-thinking leader and savvy marketer that you want on your team.

When she’s not leading her digital team or breaking client records, you will find Molly in Richmond, Virginia with her husband and daughter, where she enjoys immersing herself in a good thriller and trying to find the best sushi in the city.

DIGITAL MARKETING MANAGER

Kat DeFrank

Starting her marketing career working for internal marketing teams, Kat brings over 7 years of experience to Tiny House with client-side perspective. From email marketing to billboards, she's done it all. Working in the consumer electronic, non-profit, and finance industries, Kat brings a unique perspective that combines her data first approach with her passion for forging a lasting connection between brand and consumer.

Kat attended Point Park University's cinema program, where she learned the value of visual communication and the important role details play in story telling. In her down time Kat enjoys antiquing, gardening, and photography.

DIGITAL MARKETING MANAGER

Colby Barnes

Colby comes from a media planning background, having experience planning digital, broadcast, and print ad-buys for clients including Penske, Purina Animal Nutrition, and Texas Energy. With previous agencies, she specialized in programmatic ad buying with a focus on balancing quality with efficiency.

She loves that advertising allows you to combine data with the human experience to make decisions on how and where to reach the right audience.

Colby came to Richmond to study Marketing at VCU’s School of Business, and the city’s third-wave coffee scene, IPA-heavy breweries, and walkability are what have kept her here.
